Displacement transfer apparatus

The load cell is designed to weld with the rebar cage, and then lowered into the hole. When the concrete is poured, the load cell is embedded in the drilled shaft.

 

During bi-directional static load test, the displacement of the upper and lower plate of the load cell should be recorded. The Displacement transfer apparatus(DTA) are designed to transfer these data to the top of the drilled shaft for measuring.
